Stuffed Mushrooms

1/2 cup dried seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley
Coarse salt and freshly cracked pepper
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
10 oz package white button mushrooms
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Carefully remove the stems of the mushrooms and finely chop the parsley and garlic.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Add the olive oil and mix until the mixture is crumbly and slightly moist.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley.

Try these stuffed shrooms, they're incredible. A perfect side dish or just somthing fun to make when your bored. You wont find a better mushroom recipe anywhere else.
I believe the best musshroom recipe is straight up dry shrooms on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Makes for a smashing good meal!
